⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Anniversary Stay at Crown Metropol! My partner and I recently stayed at the Crown Metropol to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and I can’t even begin to express how amazing our experience was. We stayed in the Loft, one of the hotel’s premium rooms, and it truly exceeded all expectations. It was hands down the most luxurious, comfortable, and breathtaking hotel room we’ve ever stayed in—not just in Melbourne, but anywhere! From the moment we entered, we were stunned by the 360-degree views of the city. The floor-to-ceiling windows flooded the space with natural light, making the entire room feel incredibly spacious and open. The king-size bed was beyond comfortable—honestly, the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. And don’t even get me started on the bathroom! It was an absolute dream—massive bathtub, sleek design, plenty of mirrors, and top-notch amenities. The attention to detail was beyond what we could’ve imagined. This was our first stay at Crown, and it definitely won’t be our last. Crown Metropol never disappoints. The service was impeccable, and the facilities were world-class. The indoor infinity pool is next level—so relaxing with tons of natural sunlight, perfect for unwinding. The gym is also one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel—fully equipped with everything you need for a great workout. Everything about our stay was perfect, and though we’re sad it was only for two nights, we’ll absolutely be back. Fast check and check out. New issues at all and we stayed for 2 nights. The only think I can fault was the body wash was left empty for 2 nights but lucky we had brought a bottle with us.

Stayed here for a night, lucked out with a corner room, it was absolutely amazing!! The pool was awesome, and the gym is definitely usable for your average gym goer! All the staff interactions were positive! I couldn't have had a better hotel overnight stay!

My go-to hotel when in Melbourne for business since it opened in 2010. Rooms are very well designed and while they haven't been renovated yet have held up well with quality fixtures and fitments. Beds/pillows are very comfortable, you can turn off the ac if you don't want to sleep with it on at night, excellent sound proofing from outside and hallway noise, countless lifts so you don't have to wait long, efficient reception, dim lights in the room so you don't have to sleep in pitch darkness, a proper mini bar, the list goes on. I also like how its connected to the crown complex and close to south melbourne markets, convention centre and the city.

Great stay as always - I HAVE to know what scent they've got pumping into the lobby area!? The signature Metropol scent, if you know, you know. The rooms are looking a touch tired in areas (e.g. some stains on the carpet in the lighter coloured areas and on the top of the bedside tables) but you can't fault things like the bedding etc. Check in staff and breakfast staff are always very friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crown Metropol Melbourne, with our group, it is located at 8 Whiteman Street in Southbank, right in the heart of the Crown Entertainment Complex. With approximately 650+ rooms, it is one of Australia's largest hotels and is perfectly positioned for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel is directly connected to the enormous Crown precinct, which offers a casino, countless dining options, shopping outlets, gaming arcades, bowling, entertainment venues and much more, making it a destination in itself. Our group's check-in experience was exceptionally smooth as the room keys had been arranged in advance. A special mention must go to Mr. Simon, whose assistance and professionalism made the process even more seamless and stress-free. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Personally, I appreciated the carpeted flooring, which added a warm and homely touch. The bathroom was bright, well-lit and equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a premium hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the overall room layout provided ample space to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. I would also like to acknowledge the housekeeping team. They often work behind the scenes and rarely receive the recognition they deserve. The efficiency with which they serviced and turned down rooms in such a large hotel is truly commendable. The lobby deserves special praise as well. It is vast, elegant and inviting, with tasteful décor that is eye-catching without being excessive. The parking facilities are equally impressive, providing ample space and easy access for guests. Breakfast at Mr. Hive Kitchen & Bar was one of the highlights of our stay. The staff operated with remarkable precision and coordination, almost military-like in their efficiency while remaining warm and welcoming. We flew to Melbourne last minute, and booked a High floor King Suite. The room it's self was clean and uncluttered with a nice view of the city buildings. We had the 23rd floor. It was a reasonable rate too. I liked the mini bar! Lots to chose from (but pricey) All the staff were friendly and helpful. The Metropol connects with the Casino, so it's easy to get to the restaurants and river front, all inside undercover.

The Rooms were great, they had amazing staff the hotel pool condition was clean it was in a very convenient area. The size was pretty good for around $250. Was really convenient in terms of dining and entertainment with easy accessibility to each store and restaurant, great for kids and families. I loved it
